SCHOOLING THE EXPERTS

~ A Call to Learn, to Teach, and to Question ~

Do you have a passion for God's Dwelling place, and a desire to teach or share your newfound understanding of God's true Tabernacle with others?   Would you like to see the truth about God's Dwelling Place be taught in your church, synagogue, school, or university, even though you might not have ever been formally assigned with the religious instruction of congregants, students, or future leaders?  Are you willing to take an active roll in becoming part of this incredible awakening and restoration movement, whether you are a professional, ordained, or credentialed pastor, rabbi, priest, professor, or not?

Regardless of your academic background or professional credential, Project 314 makes it easy for just about anyone to get involved with the round Tabernacle restoration effort!

Be Part of the Restoration!

  1. Study and equip yourself.
  2. Help or challenge the experts.
  3. Lead a classroom or small group study.

Throughout the course of my research and personal Tabernacle Journey, it came to my attention that most people—including religious experts and leaders—really know very little about the Exodus Tabernacle texts. Unfortunate as it may be, this is probably the logical outworking of the gross misrepresentation of God's dwelling place as it has been presented through translation and tradition.  Nevertheless, this is where anyone who is interested in the Tabernacle restoration efforts must begin—by admitting to being ignorant and being willing to seek knowledge.

With the objective of advancing public understanding of the Tabernacle, The House of El ShaddaiGod's Dwelling Place Reconsidered was written, which reveals the rediscovered form of God's residence while correcting the many misconceptions that people have about the ancient tent—whether they are traditions regurgitated by generations of religious scholars or instead proposed by today's religious experts.

In comparison to books of similar scope, such as those printed by the likes of Hendrickson-Rose Publications, Artscroll-Shaar Press, Mesorah Publications, Judaica Press, and other well-known publishers, The House of El Shaddai is unique in that it takes both engineering principles and the minute details of the literal Hebrew Exodus texts  (e.g., lengths, weights, orientation, fits, forms, functions, and even the 3.14 or the π constant) into account before presenting impractical or contradictory tent hardware arrangements or inferring religious symbolism.

While not discouraging anyone from surveying alternate writings, The House of El Shaddai saves readers research time as it objectively includes multiple viewpoints as promoted by traditional commentaries and famous religious artwork, which not only orients the reader with familiar visual points of reference, but also provides practical points of comparison to the rediscovered round yurt-like and Hebrew-based arrangement.  In addition to using a verse-by-verse presentation approach, The House of El Shaddai also uses over 200 color images and illustrations in order to make the Bible text come to life, making the Exodus narrative not only easy to follow, but memorable as well.  As this material is designed to educate and equip an open-minded reader, it is likely to many tenured religious experts virtually speechless—even rendering cynical critics impotent.  See the Products page for the PDF sample and ordering.

ASKING QUESTIONS

~ Frequently Asked Questions and Answers ~

Asking questions is often the first and best place to start.

Since introducing the rediscovered round Hebrew Tabernacle several years ago, I have entertained a number of different questions from all walks of life, which include people who are Christians, Jews, Muslims, agnostics, and even atheists. While the knowledge base, understanding, and belief system of each individual is particular and unique, the questions which many people pose about the Tabernacle often overlap, regardless as to whether they are rooted in curiosity, enthusiasm, ignorance, or skepticism. I have tried to capture the essence of many of these questions in the frequently asked questions section below.

VOLUNTEERING TIME

~ Different Skills United Towards a Common Cause ~

Are you inspired by the round Hebrew Tabernacle vision and discovery, and tired of being a religious spectator?

Are you interested in advancing the media and modeling missions of Project 314 and Project Betzalel?

Moses did not build the Tabernacle all by himself; he had two experienced assistants (named Betzalel, or "house in God's image" and Oheliab, meaning "tent father" in Hebrew) that possessed different skill sets and knowledge bases required to accomplish the work.  Needless to say, even though Betzalel and Oheliab were talented in a variety of trades and crafts, they did not build the Taberancle by themselves either; they directed and worked with former slaves who themselves were experts in their respective fields and "knew the ropes" as a result of a lifetime of harsh Egyptian labor.

In a similar way, Project 314 and Project Betzalel are in need of skilled volunteers to help further medial development and physical modeling projects.  Over the past several years, many more people have asked about Project 314 status, progress, and content development than those who have offered to lend a hand.  If effect, the original Tabernacle was "crowdfunded" by volunteer donations and labor, and it is unreasonable to think that something of interest (such as Exodus Tabernacle restoration) will materialize with a box of popcorn in one hand and a remote control in the other.

While media coverage must logically precede construction efforts, skill sets and professions that are perceived to be of the greatest potential benefit to the two projects have been itemized in the columns below.  Please note that the list below is not considered to be comprehensive or all encompassing, and is therefore not intended to exclude people who want to help facilitate the projects in a more general capacity or in a way that is not presently envisioned.

DONATING FUNDS

~ Reaching Intended Ends through Necessary Means ~

According to the Exodus narrative, most of the Tabernacle materials came from the Hebrews with hearts that prompted them to give, with the exception of the silver—which was collected by means of a relatively small and one-time flat "sanctuary shekel" tax.

For better and for worse, circumstances today are drastically different than they were in the times of Moses over three thousand years ago.  For example, Moses' entire audience had the benefit of hearing and understanding God's revelation in their native Hebrew tongue, and not were misled by dysfunctional translations, or misled by many centuries of absurd religious traditions, as people are today.   Thus, in a similar way that the ancient Hebrews were liberated from Egypt, today's believers must first be liberated by receiving a clear understanding of Moses' revelation before embarking upon true Tabernacle work.

Although Moses is no longer with us in the flesh to further describe the pattern that he was shown and the tent that he built, a variety of Project 314 educational materials have been created to help the user understand Moses' writings and understand what he described.  Purchasing one of these products might be likened unto donating a "sanctuary shekel" to help restore God's ancient dwelling place.

In addition to the aforementioned educational products, a Patreon account has been established for those who are truly interested in furthering these Tabernacle projects.  Through the Patreon platform, Tabernacle project patrons are given a means whereby they can not only support the project on a periodic or monthly basis, but they are also given a means to engage Tabernacle teachings and project participants on a much more personal and intimate level. Hoever, without support, the introduction of new or additional materials is not viable or sustainable, as the development of materials to date has been time consuming and highly inefficient (given limited personal proficiency and required training time) as work cannot be delegated to specialists (including writers, editors, artists, drafters, designers, video editors, engineers, machinests, carpenters, leatherworkers, etc., see Volunteering Time for details)
